Hey Team New Body!
I hope you have all had a great last 2 weeks! For those of you who sent me a message while I was gone in Costa Rica, don’t worry, I’m not ignoring you! We got back very late Sunday night, so I’m still playing catch-up on responding to all of you so if you haven’t heard yet you will soon. We spent a total of 9 days in Costa Rica and it was absolutely amazing. We had beautiful weather and I think the highlight for me was ziplining above the tree tops. I was thinking we would be 25-30 feet above ground, but we were actually over 200 feet above ground and one of the lines was a half-mile long! That was quite a rush but well worth it. It was also a great time to relax and enjoy some time away from work and the things that keep us busy here.
Since we just got back from being on vacation, I thought it would be timely to write about how to have a Healthy Vacation. So if you didn’t get a chance to check that out go read and let me know what you think. I have a couple other articles lined up, including a review of the P90X Phase 2 and also some details on a new workout program that Beachbody just released, Tai Cheng.
This week I just started the last 3 weeks of P90X2 and am now in the Performance phase. So far the workouts are great, the two new ones are PAP Upper and PAP Lower and I have to say I’m pretty sore right now in both my upper and lower body! How is your workout going?
