Weekly Check-In

Happy Wednesday Team!

I hope this has been a great week for you, I personally think it’s crazy that we’re already into the second week of December.  This month is definitely flying by fast.  Before you know it, Christmas and New Year’s will be upon us.  For everyone who’s going to look to kick things into gear come the new year, I will be running a challenge group starting January 6th, so keep checking the blog for those details.

In case you missed it, P90X3 was released yesterday!  I ordered my copy and am very excited to crush this workout.  If you’ve been a little afraid to try P90X or P90X2 either because of the time commitment or the advanced nature of the workouts, P90X3 will be a great option for you.  It is not a graduate program, anyone can do it.  30 minute workouts, any fitness level can do the workouts with modifications if necessary.  I’m excited and hope you will join me in doing the program.  If you want to order P90X3, all the info you need is right here: Order P90X3.  I also posted a P90X3 FAQ this past week, so that is an interesting read too.

My success tip of the week is going to come from Tony Horton, which seems fitting, and it will take us back to the basics.  The line that everyone is familiar with who’s done P90X is, “do your best and forget the rest.”  Now I know it can sound a little cheesy, but there’s a good lesson there.  Don’t get intimidated if you can’t keep up with the people on the screen.  And don’t worry if you can’t lift as much weight or do as many push-ups as someone else.  The only person you should compete with is yourself.  Your goal should be to be better than you were yesterday.  What other people can do/think of what you’re doing is their deal.

So I’m going to keep this relatively short as I need to get my workout in and head to the dentist before work, not my favorite….  But as always, shoot me a message and let me know how you’re doing!  I’m here to support you in whatever way you need.  This weekly check-in is my way to let you know I’m here and if you need more one-on-one work I am absolutely happy to do that.

And 2 favors that I ask:

1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and video, PLEASE help me out by sharing them.  Click the share links below them and share them on FB, Stumbleupon, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow Team New Body!

2) Also, as always, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.teamnewbody.com, or by logging in to www.teambeachbody.com to do your shopping (If you buy from the plain beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
