Hey Team New Body!
It was over 50 degrees yesterday, which I know might not sound too warm for some of you, but it was a great reminder that summer is coming! I know it’s only the beginning of March, but I couldn’t help but get excited for the warmer weather to come. That also means it will be pool/lake season soon, so if you’ve been slacking on the workouts or your nutrition, now is the time to re-commit and really dial things in!
I posted this on Facebook, but wanted to let you know here too. Many people have asked me for a sample of the new Tropical Shakeology flavor, and I did just receive a box of samples so I have some available. So if you’re looking to give it a try, just shoot me your full mailing address and I can send one your way. I absolutely love it right now, and will be using it from here on out! I’ll write up a full review soon and post it so you can keep checking back for that.
A couple of posts I was excited about this past week were my P90X Round 1 Nutrition article, where I describe what I did nutritionally during my first round of P90X. This nutrition plan helped me lose almost 30 lbs., so if you’re struggling to lose weight check that post out! The second one I posted yesterday about the P3 training in P90X2, which is a new training style that Tony incorporated into the program for the Performance phase. Needless to say I’m very excited to get going on that phase in 2 weeks!
