Weekly Check-In

Hi Team!

Happy Wednesday and sorry it’s been 2 weeks since I checked in with you!  I was traveling for work and couldn’t send out the check-in from my phone like I thought I could.  So I hope you all have been rocking it these last 2 weeks.  I don’t travel much for work but while I’m on the road I make sure to bring some workouts with me and use the workout room if they have one.  If you travel for work or for leisure, how do you handle your fitness and nutrition?  Is it easy to stay on track or do things tend to slide?

If you missed them, I posted some new stuff on the website the past couple weeks.  The video from Layne Norton on Metabolic Damage is really interesting I think.  It’s a great way to explain what crash diets do to your system and how they hurt your metabolism.  Layne has a PhD in protein synthesis and is a natural body builder, so he’s got a lot of good advice and content out there.

I also posted about Beachbody’s deals for May, the Tai Cheng Challenge Pack is discounted this month and they’re offering a free trial offer of Cordastra.  Both are great deals, I personally will give Cordastra a try, as I have not done so yet.  And it just costs the $5 for shipping and handling, so you can’t really beat that.

The other big news that was announced recently is that they reformulated the Greenberry flavor of Shakeology.  I think many people will be excited about that because previously it was not very popular.  I am very interested to see what it tastes like now and am excited that they made this move.  I’ll have Greenberry Trial Packs if you’d like to try it out before ordering from Beachbody as well.

We’re half way into May and I hope you’re keeping steady with everything.  Summer is nearly here and there’s no better time to be in shape.  If you’re struggling with motivation, shoot me a message and let me know!  I’m here to support you and want you to reach your goals so never hesitate to reach out!
