Weekly Check-In

Happy Wednesday team!

I hope your weeks are all going well!  My work schedule is finally getting back to normal which I’m excited about.  Getting up at 4 to workout is pretty early…  But if you’re in our Facebook group, you know we have several people pushing play every day at that time!  You all know who you are and I have to say I love the commitment!  I get so energized from our team, it really makes a big difference knowing you all are pushing towards your goals.

On Monday I had the opportunity to show off an awesome Team New Body transformation.  If you missed it, you really need to go check out Pete’s P90X results.  I think his story is very inspiring too.  Pete decided to take his health into his own hands.  He quit smoking and started P90X at the same time.  He absolutely crushed the round (and is still bringing it) and is a great example of what it looks like to be committed to your goals.  Congrats on your success so far, Pete!

I’ve been talking to numerous people about nutrition this past week as well.  So I decided to write up a post on one important topic, cheat meals.  I have a lot of people tell me they’re frustrated with their results but are eating healthy.  When I ask more questions, it does come out that yes, they do have cheat meals sometimes.  Cheat meals can totally derail you and keep you stagnant.  Don’t let them get in the way of you reaching your goals!  It took me a month of not seeing results to figure this out when I got started.  But you can learn from my mistake here 🙂

Summer is getting ever closer and honestly I can’t wait!  It’s a great motivator to get yourself back in gear with your workouts and nutrition if you have been slacking lately.  If you need a boost please reach out to me, it’s what I’m here for!  I know sometimes I just need a little encouragement and I want to give that to you!  So please shoot me an email or message on Facebook and let me know how you’re doing.
