Happy Wednesday, I hope your week is off to a great start! I know mine is! Our 90 Day Challenge just started on Monday and it is so motivating to have a group committed to seeing these 90 days through. I really think this is the best possible way to get results. Everyone needs a little extra motivation sometimes, and this does the trick. But if you didn’t join us this time don’t worry, I will be starting a new Challenge group relatively soon.
It’s also nearly the end of February, a time where many people are falling off the wagon and forgetting their New Year’s resolutions. I hope that’s not you! Are you sticking with your program and staying committed or are you letting life get in the way? If you need help re-committing let me know because I want to see you succeed!
As a note last week I posted a couple times. For you Insanity lovers out there, I posted about 2 new Insanity workouts. I think these are great additions to the Insanity line-up, with another killer ab routine and a less intense workout, Sanity Check.
If you’re a traveler, I also posted about working out on the road. I know when you’re traveling for work or vacation it takes a lot more focus and preparation to get your workouts in. But it can be done, and I know for some people it is their only option. So if that’s you, check out my tips for sticking with it on the road.
This coming week I have a couple posts lined up. One is about writing goals. I know I talk about this a lot, but it’s so critical to your success. If you don’t know what you want to accomplish, how can you know if you’re successful or not? Keep checking the blog this week for more info!
