Weekly Check-In

Hi Team!

I hope your weeks are all off to a great start!  If you were at a Superbowl party and over-did it a little bit, hopefully you’ve been able to get back on track already.  The Superbowl, surprisingly to me, rivals even Thanksgiving for number of calories consumed.  I guess that makes sense when I think about it.  For those of you who stuck with your nutrition, good work!  Staying strong at times like that can be really tough, but it’s worth it!

If you want an extra push and level of accountability to stick with your plan, then I highly encourage you to join our 90 Day Challenge.  It’s starting in less than 2 weeks and we have an awesome group of people signed up so far.  I know from experience that this is the best way to get results, so if you’re serious and want to join us let me know.

This past week I posted a couple times with some helpful tips.  The first is about tracking your progress.  It is so critical to document where you start and how you progress.  It can be extremely motivating to see your body change and note the inches you’re losing.  The other was about starting over.  Have you ever stopped short of completing a program?  I think everyone has probably done that at one point in their life.  Well if that’s you, and you’ve hit the pause button, it’s time to re-start!  Check out that article for some tips on how to do that.

This coming week I have a couple articles lined up which I think will be pretty interesting.  The first will be on dehydration.  I’ve been reading about it a lot and really think it affects people more often than they realize.  I also want to put together a ChaLEAN Extreme/Insanity hybrid.  My P90X/Insanity hybrid is really popular, but I think this other hybrid will be really helpful too.  So stay tuned for those.
