Hard to believe that January is almost over, but it is! How has 2013 started off for you? Are you on track to reach your goals and sticking with your commitments? Or have you found it difficult to stick with things lately? I know it seems like our Facebook group is really active and people are doing awesome which is really fun to see!
If you are struggling to find motivation lately, you’re probably not alone. I know many people start out the new year strong, with a resolution to finally get in shape, and then things get busy and the motivation starts to fade towards the end of January and early February. If that’s you, I do not want you to give up on your goals!
That’s why I’m starting a 90 Day Challenge, starting Monday, February 17th. I have found that challenge groups are the best way to get results. They really help you stick with your workout and nutrition because you have made a commitment to a group of people and we all motivate each other! I know it might be a little obvious that I like working out at home, and I hope you do too, but I posted an article this week detailing what I see as the Top 5 Advantages of Working Out at Home. I used to be a gym rat myself, but never really saw results like I have working out at home, plus I don’t have near as much time to spend exercising as I used to.
