Hey team!
Happy Wednesday! With the holidays fast approaching, this is not time to kick things into high gear! I know it can be easy to get into the mentality that you’ll pick things back up after the holidays, but don’t fall into that trap. We have a month and 1/2 until the new year starts, and this is actually the time of year that people put on the most weight. But that’s not too surprising is it?
I want to help you fight the holiday pounds by running another 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge. People in the last challenge saw some great results and reached their goals, so I know this works. I’m actually planning on running two challenges coming up. The first one is going to start Monday November 26th. So yes, that’s the Monday after Thanksgiving. I figured a few people might need to make up some lost ground there. The second Challenge I plan on running right at the beginning of 2013. But for now, if you want in for the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge starting on the 26th, let me know!
This past week I posted my full Body Beast Review and an article on Mental Strength. I think many people don’t push themselves hard enough simply because they believe they can’t do something or stop when they start to feel some muscle fatigue. That’s when mental strength comes in. Push yourself and believe you can keep going. It’s really amazing what your body can do when you put your mind to something.
I have a couple other posts lined up for this coming week. I want to touch on what resistance training is and what the benefits are as well as a review of intermittent fasting. I feel like that’s becoming vary popular these days, so I gave it a try myself and will give you some insight on that.
Again, if you’d like to join me in the Challenge starting on the 26th please respond to me here! I know I’m excited to finish the year strong and I hope you all are too!
As always, please shoot me a message if you have any questions or are struggling with anything. I love hearing from you all and want to support you in the way you need!
And 2 favors that I ask:
