Weekly Check-In

Hey Team New Body

Sorry that I have been slightly MIA this week, it’s been very busy around my household!  We just moved on Sunday and are still getting things settled in and unpacked which is quite the task.  Also haven’t had internet hooked up yet either, so if you’re waiting on a response from me I will get to it!  I’m getting caught up, but it might take a bit longer than usual.  It’s really exciting being in our new place but is also keeping us super busy 🙂

But don’t worry, it’s not keeping me from my workouts.  Not letting any excuses get in the way there.  Now I have a dedicated workout room as well, which is very exciting.  It’s still in the works, but when I get it all put together the way I want it I’ll have to do a post and let you all see what it looks like!

I did write up a post that I think many people can relate to, especially those of you who have been or just recently started Insanity.  Ever get light headed during a workout or just feel like you’ve hit  wall?  Well that’s also referred to as “bonking” during your workout and you can learn all about it here: Bonking and How To Prevent It.  It happened to me, and you can find out more about that experience in the post.

I also still have my nutrition tips post in the works, once the internet is up and running at the house I’ll be able to post more frequently.

As always, I don’t want you to feel alone in this.  You have my support and the support of a whole team.  I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to get plugged in with the rest of the team.  It really can be the difference between sticking things out or falling off the bandwagon.  I see that happen far too often and don’t want it to happen to you!  So reach out to me, join our Facebook group and get plugged in!
