Hey Team New Body!
I hope you’re all having a great start to the week! I just started the Strength phase of P90X2 and am loving it so far! This new phase is extremely challenging so far which is great. I didn’t expect it to be as hard as it is so it has surprised me a little bit this far. I’m sore in new places every day which is pretty crazy. As I go through more of this phase I’ll be posting more a review for you all.
There is some very big Beachbody news this week. In 6 days they will be launching Tropical Strawberry Shakeology, which is going to be vegan (I’m excited!). They did a webcast with a bunch of information about it that I’m excited to share with you all. I’ll be posting some more details tomorrow, and ordering becomes available on the 14th!
This past week I posted a few articles, two of them pertaining to very common questions I get. If you were wondering if you should do P90X or Insanity, or have already completed one and want to try the other I would highly suggest doing a hybrid. Check out my P90X/Insanity Hybrid schedule. I will also be posting about the training methodology used in Insanity and Turbo Fire called HIIT, so if you’re curious about how that works or why it’s effective keep checking back.
