Hey Team New Body!
Another week is in the books and the countdown to Body Beast is a mere 5 days away. I’m very excited to get going and to have some of you join me! I think it’s really going to be a good time. I finished up my P90X P90X2 Hybrid schedule and took all my pictures/measurements, so I’ll post my progress report this coming week. Have to stay accountable to you all, right? So look for that coming up. Since I didn’t know Body Beast was coming out so soon I did a bit of a bulking stage already. But anways, I’ll give you more detail in my post to come.
I’ve also had a few discussions around what Beachbody Coaching is and if it’s a right fit for some of you. There are probably more who have thought about it but haven’t asked me too. To some people it really sounds like a pyramid scheme or some sort of scam, so I’m writing up a post about what a Beachbody Coach does and how it works to give you a little more insight on that. Hopefully it answers some of your questions and gives you some more detail about what I do.
If you missed them, I put up a couple posts last week worth mentioning. The first was about Body Types. Often times it seems like people have this ideal body type in mind that they want to look like, but they often don’t take into account the body type they start with. Your genetics play a big role in how your body responds to exercise and nutrition, so it’s important to understand that. I also posted a video discussing the Best Time To Workout. If you’re starting out you might be wondering about that, so make sure to check out that video.
It’s been great getting progress reports from many of you, and I look forward to hearing from more people too! So if it’s been a while since I’ve heard from you I would love you to shoot me a quick reply just letting me know how things are going. Are you keeping up with your workouts and nutrition?
