Weekly Check-In

Hey Team New Body!

I feel like a broken record saying this, but it seems like the heat wave has continued for many people, so I can’t stress enough how important it is to stay hydrated and stay safe during your workouts!  If you start to feel dizzy or light headed, please stop!  Pushing yourself is good, but going to far can be dangerous.  So drink plenty of fluids throughout the day and during your workouts too.  So I’m hoping you are all doing what you can to find a cool place to workout and stay safe 🙂

It’s been a busy week, and I’ll have a busy weekend coming up with being out of town, so if it takes me a little longer to get back to you with messages, that’s why.  I’m not sure how much internet access I’ll have over the weekend.  With that being said, it’s been a little while since I’ve highlighted this.  But I wanted to let you know the best way to get a hold of me.  I know people have many different preferred methods of communication, but here is how to get the quickest response from me:

1) Comment on a post on my site.  I have access to it all day long and will respond very fast there.

2) Comment in our Facebook group.  If you’re not in it, you should be.

3) Email me at newbodycoachtom@gmail.com.  I’ve got email on my phone so I can check it frequently.  This is a great way to get a hold of me!  (and it’s great if you have more of a personal question that you don’t want to post on Facebook)

4) Message me on the Team Beachbody Website.  I can’t respond to messages from my phone so this is the least accessible way to message me.  I will do my best to get back to you, but it’s the hardest place for me to access frequently and it might take a little longer.

So I just wanted to clarify that this week to make sure you knew how best to get a hold of me.

It seems like many of you are doing really well and seeing great results, so keep up that hard work!  If you’re not and you’re frustrated, please let me know and I can help you tweak some things to help you start seeing the results you want!
