Weekly Check-In

Hey Team New Body!

I have to say it’s been a very busy last week!  For most of the last week I was visiting family and I have to tip my hat to all you parents out there.  We were hanging out with my nephew and niece all week (and brother-in-law and sister-in-law of course) and wow did they keep us busy!  They were super fun to play with and wow do they have energy!  I think what parents do is pretty amazing and I can see how they get tired out.  So if you’re a parent on the team and are still finding time to get healthy, that’s awesome!  I’m sure the extra energy that comes from being in really good shape helps you keep up with your kids!

Also, I thought you all might be interested to watch a video series that HBO just released last week.  It’s called “The Weight of The Nation” and you can check it out here: http://theweightofthenation.hbo.com/.  I haven’t personally watched the whole thing yet, but so far it’s pretty interesting.  I think most of us know that obesity is a problem that our country deals with, but this is just another good reminder of how big the problem is.  If you have time I recommend you check it out.

I’m just about done with my series on picking the right workout program, I’ll be posting tomorrow about low impact workout programs.  I was hoping to make a comprehensive list of the different types of workout programs and give you little previews of what Beachbody has to offer.  So if you’ve been wondering what workout program is right for you hopefully that helps you out a bit, but if you still have questions feel free to shoot them my way.

Also I wanted to highlight Brian’s results that I posted on Monday.  He really has an awesome transformation and an awesome story, so if you didn’t get a chance to see that I would highly recommend reading his story!  His results are so good they have earned him spots in a couple Beachbody infomercials, so they’re worth checking out!
