Weekly Check-In

Hey Team New Body!

Wow this last week has gone fast!  But they always seem to fly by.  I’m not a week and a half into my next round, and so far I really like my P90X P90X2 Hybrid.  I always like to do programs by themselves and know many of you are the same way, so if you’re new to P90X2, I would suggest giving it a try after you’ve gone through that program in it’s entirety.  But the hybrid is living up to what I wanted it to be, more of a focus on balance and core strength the first month, and then I’ll move on to more heavy lifting the second month.

I’ve posted quite a bit since last week, and plan to keep putting up good content every day so make sure you keep coming back!  If you missed them, I wrote on how to get a Shakeology Discount, my full P90X2 review, a review of 1 M.R., how to break a weight loss plateau, and just yesterday a comparison of P90X vs ChaLEAN Extreme, which I think many women might find helpful.

Another thing that I hope you’ve noticed is that I’ve been posting transformation stories every Monday.  I know the beginning of the week can be tough, so I want to show you all what can be accomplished when you stick to the programs, hence the Monday Motivation posts.  And on that note, if you’ve seen really good results and would like to inspire the rest of the team I would love to show off your hard work!  So all you would need to do is send me your before/after photo(s) and write up a little bit of your story and how you did it.  I love hearing about success and know it’s very motivating to others so if you’ve seen some great progress let me know!

I have a couple series of posts coming up that I’m pretty excited about.  There are a couple things that can really be confusing for people at times, the first one being your nutrition plan.  So I’m going to write a short series on the P90X Nutrition Guide which should really help you dial in your nutrition.  I know it can be confusing up front, but it doesn’t have to be.  Then I also have a longer series that I’ll be writing going over how to choose the right workout program for you.  That will likely be 8 posts, so it’s going to be a long one, but I want to write specifically to different groups of people.  So stay tuned for those because they’re coming very soon!

And like I always say, I’m here for you!  If you’re having a difficult time sticking with your nutrition or workouts then please let me know!  You’re definitely not alone in this and I don’t want you to feel like you are!  That can be the hardest thing about in-home workouts.  You don’t have the people around you to push you, unless your spouse is doing it as well.  So if you need a little push, that’s what I’m here for!
