Weekly Check-In

Hey Team!

I hope your weeks are going great!  Can you believe we are almost 90 days into the new year?  If you started at the beginning of January, you could be finishing up a round of P90X right now.  It certainly can seem like a daunting task when you’re starting out, but three months just flies on by.  How is 2015 going for you?  Are you proud of what you’ve done for your health or do you need to make some changes?

I’m never a big fan of dwelling on the past if it hasn’t quite gone as planned, but I do like to use that as motivation to get going for the next 90 days.  So my success tip for this week is to let your last 90 days provide motivation for your next 90 days.  Figure out what’s working and what’s not, and make changes as you need.  You know I’m here to bounce ideas off of, so shoot me a message and let me know how I can help.

I’m about 3 weeks out from finishing my 3rd straight round of Body Beast.  This round I’ve been mixing in a little Insanity Max 30, and wrote some initial thoughts this week.  After this round ends it’s right into my 4th round to make it a full year.  I’m doing this with a bunch of guys and gals and our group is called, Year Of The Beast (YOTB).  If you’re doing Beast or are thinking about it and want some serious motivation, let me know and I can give you more details on the group.  It’s a great place to learn and we push each other to get better every day.

I’ve also had the chance to try out Beachbody On Demand, and I have to say it is pretty sweet!  Being able to play tons of different workouts just with an internet connection is super nice.  As of yesterday, they’ve opened a free, 30-day trial of Beachbody On Demand.  Basically it allows you to check out BOD and all the other benefits of being a Club Member at no cost for 30 days.  If you want to cancel, it’s a simple email to customer service.  If you decide you like it, you’ll be enrolled in the Club Membership at the end of 30 days.  You can check out the details here: Beachbody On Demand Free Trial
