Weekly Check-In

Happy Wednesday Team!

Can’t believe we’re already at mid-week again!  Seems like it sneaks up on my every time.  So far my week has been laser focused, in large part due to the Year Of The Beast group I’m a part of.  The energy and motivation is crazy.  It’s a closed group right now, but there’s been talk of opening it up after the first 90 days.  I’ll definitely keep you posted, but if it does open up, this is something you would seriously want to be a part of.

I mentioned this last week, but I ended up finishing the 3 Day Refresh and all I can say is WOW!  I did not expect those kind of results.  I ended up losing 7.4 lbs in 3 days!  That’s just crazy.  I’ll be writing a full review to post for Friday, so stay tuned for that.  I’ve had a decent number of questions about it, so you can always wait for the post or shoot me a message.  I also have a surprise for the people who want to give it a try, but you’ll have to find out on Friday what that is 🙂

My success tip for this week is to track everything you eat for 3 days in a row.  I know I say this a lot and talk about tracking nutrition.  But if you want to get healthy or to lose weight, you absolutely have to know what’s going in your body.  You might think that you eat healthy.  And maybe you do.  But what if your portion sizes are too big?  I have been doing a lot of my own meal planning over the last 2 weeks, and it’s been eye opening again.  I think you’ll be surprised at how easy it is to eat an extra 300-500 calories a day.  And when that happens every day, guess what?  You gain a pound a week (if you’re on the 500 calorie end).  Have the mindset that if you bite it, you write it.
