Weekly Check-In

Hey Team New Body!

Another week is in the books.  Are you moving towards your goal or in the other direction?  When you take small steps in the right direction, and add those up over time you will end up seeing really good results and will reach your goals.  It’s amazing to see how the little decisions you make every day really do have a big impact.

For me, it’s crazy, but I have 1.5 weeks left of P90X2.  It’s really hard to believe I’ve almost completed my first round.  Like I’ve mentioned, I’m in the Performance phase, and the 2 new workouts in this phase are phenomenal.  They’re not super long, but they don’t need to be!  I wrote a review of one of them this week: P.A.P. Lower – P90X2 Workout Review.

This past week I also posted about the release of Tai Cheng and yesterday I posted about Measuring Body Fat.  I always advise people to measure their body fat and not focus on the scale so much.  The scale can be frustrating, especially in the beginning, but if you’re measuring body fat you can often times notice changes in your body composition right away.  Check that article out if you haven’t already.

I have quite a few articles lined up right now, including my thoughts on Tropical Strawberry Shakeology and P.A.P. Upper from P90X2 to name a couple.  If you have anything you’d like me to write on let me know and I will do the research!
