Tropical Shakeology Ingredients

I’ve posted a few times about the release of Tropical Shakeology, which is now available.  I get questions around what the difference is from Chocolate and Greenberry, so I wanted to focus on the Tropical Shakeology Ingredients.  Tropical Shakeology is going to be a vegan formula, so if you have allergies to dairy or whey this is going to be perfect for you!  I know I’m excited to start using it.

Beachbody has worked very hard on this new formula to make it great.  All the vitamins and minerals come from whole food sources, which is incredibly important.  There are also no artificial sweeteners of any kind.  The flavor will be different from what you’ve already tried.  The new flavor is going to feature strawberry, banana, and tropical fruits like papaya, pineapple and coconut.  To highlight what’s new, here are a few of the Tropical Shakeology Ingredients:

Luo Han Go: Traditionally used in Asia for medicinal purposes, this low glycemic index fruit has a complex sweetness and provides antioxidants to support your immune system.

Konjac Root: Helps promote satiety and contains glucomannan, a soluble fiber that absorbs 200 times its weight in water.  This helps you feel full longer.

Proprietary plant-based protein blend: This vegan formula has an awesome protein profile including: raw, sprouted, bio-fermented brown rice, sacha inchi, chia, flax, quinoa, amaranth and spirulina.  It contains all 9 essential amino acids and does not have any of that gritty taste/feel to it.

Yes, I want to try Tropical Shakeology (Click Here!)

As you can see, the Tropical Shakeology Ingredients are second to none.  If you’re like me and already love Chocolate and Greenberry Shakeology, then you’re probably just itching to try this too!  I’ll be switching my Shakeology Home Direct order to Tropical as soon as they’ll let me!  If you haven’t been able to use Shakeology due to a food allergy, especially the whey protein, then this is for you!

I have only ordered the chocolate shakeology, but it gave me MADDDDD GAS all day long, and took me 3-4 weeks AFTER i stopped using it to stop the gas. I farted 2 times every 5 minutes or so. Had to sell the rest away, wasn't much left. I doub't i'll try this, probably give me the same results.

I have heard some people do get some gas, seems like Shakeology can tend to "clean house" a little bit if you've had a poor diet for a long time. But you might respond a lot better to Tropical since it doesn't have the whey protein in it. You can give it a try and if you don't like it you can always send it back within 30 days for a full refund!

  4. […] The reason I was so excited about the release of Tropical Shakeology was the fact that it’s a vegan formulation, with some new ingredients that make it available for those of us who don’t or can’t eat animal products.  I’m not lactose intolerant, but I do find that whey protein can cause indigestion at time, so the sprouted brown rice protein was something I was very excited about.  So for anyone who is lactose intolerant or doesn’t eat any animal products for personal/health reasons, this is a great option.  To read more specifics on what’s in the new formulation, check out my article: Tropical Shakeology Ingredients.
