Team New Body Challenge

Hey Team New Body members, here is my challenge to you!!!  I challenge you to send me your “before” pictures and your progress photos.  Then I will post them here for all to see!!  Talk about accountability and motivation!

I encourage Team New Body members to post comments/advice/encouragement so you can all push each other to get great results!

My name is Aaron, I’m from Brooklyn NY. I work at a restaurant so my shifts are crazy!  I work almost 11 or 13 hours a day 6 days a week. Since I started working at the restaurant I only have 1 day off so I got out shape really fast.  On my day off I always went to my favorite hip hop dance class for workout and streaching but that was still not enough.  I also bought a machine from TV commercial which  said ” 3 Mins a day, you will get the body u like” lol but it still did not work. So my friend gave me P90X whole complete DVD set (i dont know why he give up this workout program)and I started a couple days later and went to beachbody.com forum. I got to know my coach Tom. He is a great guy and gave me motivation.  He also email us every week, it is a great team to join. So these are my results after 30 sloppy days phase 1. It makes me feel great and healthy!
