Switching Coaches

When you sign up for a teambeachbody.com account, unless you’re signing up through a coach you already know, you’re going to be assigned randomly to a coach.  But I hear all too often that someone’s coach has never reached out to them or tried to help them in any way, which I think is really unfortunate.  That actually happened to me when I signed up for my free account online.  But the good news is, that even if you’re assigned to a coach, that doesn’t mean you have to stay with them!

You have complete control over who your coach is.  If your coach has never reached out to you or just doesn’t seem committed to helping you reach your goals, you can always switch to a coach that better fits your needs.  You’re not locked into your coach once you’re on their team, so you have freedom to move.  That’s exactly what I did.  I found a coach who I thought embodied what I wanted for not only my physical transformation, but also gave me a good example of how to coach ethically.  He’s been very successful, so I knew I wanted to be on his team.

So if you have a coach that’s just not working for you, then switching is easy.  If you want to become a member of Team New Body and have me as your coach, all you have to do is send a one line e-mail to coachrelations@teambeachbody.com and tell them you want me to be your coach.  Just tell them you’d like Tom Muellenberg, coach #78771 to be your coach, and copy me on the e-mail so I can follow up with them to make sure it  goes through.

I would be honored to help you reach your fitness goals because that’s why I decided to become a coach!
