PiYo Workout Program!

Attention all Chalene Johnson fans!!!  Her PiYo workout program is going to be released in less than one week!  I for one am pumped that she’s releasing this workout.  I know she’s been doing PiYo for a long time, but she finally made a program for you to do at home.

I think this is really going to be a game-changer because many people struggle with the high impact nature of some Beachbody workouts.  Insanity, P90X, TurboFire, etc can all be difficult if you have really bad knees or a bad back.  But the PiYo workout program is low impact while still maintaining high intensity and allowing you to shape your body and lose weight.  You also don’t need any equipment!
