Nutrition Help

You’ve heard me say it plenty of times, that nutrition is the key to getting good results.  If you’re doing the workouts, but not changing what you eat, you won’t see the results you want.  But nutrition is also very confusing.  What should you be eating, how often should you be eating, what can you eat at a restaurant, how often can you have a cheat meal?  When thinking about nutrition, it makes the workouts look easy!  And in a way I think the workouts are the easy part.  Sure they’re tough to get through physically and mentally, but you don’t have to try to put your own workout plan together.  That part is already done for you.  You just have to put in a DVD and press play.  So in my mind, the workouts take a lot less figuring out than the nutrition does.

So because the nutrition is somewhat tricky but so incredibly important, I want to really try to help you all out.  What I’m offering to do is take a look at what you’re eating and give you some tips and pointers.  Show you things I might change or point out what in your diet could be hampering your results.  What I need from you, is to track what you eat, and be honest!  You can track it anywhere from one day, to one week.  Ideally you’d be able to tell me exactly what you ate and at what time, the amount of each food, and also include what time your workout was done.  Once you have your log, shoot me an e-mail with all the info, and I’ll analyze it for you.

I know some of you have your nutrition down, but for those of you who might be struggling in this area or just want to get a second opinion on what you’re eating, I am more than happy to help in this way.  I can’t stress it enough, that nutrition is really what drives your results.  The workouts are necessary too, don’t get me wrong, but without proper nutrition you could just be wasting your time.  If you have questions write a comment here, and if you think this could help please don’t hesitate to reach out!
