Day 60 Body Beast Results

It’s crazy that I’m already past 2 months in, but I wanted to update everyone on my Day 60 Body Beast Results.  I have really enjoyed the Bulk Phase and will write up a review on it as well to give you an idea of what the workouts are like as well.  Again, the nutrition is really the key to this program.  Following the Body Beast Nutrition Plan and hitting the workouts hard, I’m up to 205, meaning I put on another 4 lbs since Day 30.  I’ve held my body fat pretty close to where it was the past month, which is encouraging as well.  I know I have a little extra body fat right now, but that’s what the Beast phase is for, time to cut the calories a bit and lose some fat 🙂  With that being said, here are my Day 60 Body Beast Results:

There you have it, my Day 60 Body Beast Results.  I’m looking forward to this next month to see how much fat I can drop and get a little more definition back.  This is an awesome program, and I highly recommend Body Beast if you’re looking to build some muscle!
