Day 270 Update

Wow does it seem like time flies!  I feel like it wasn’t that long ago that I just started doing Insanity for the first time, but day 270 is already here!  So I wanted to give you all a little update on my progress to this point.  For the last 90 days, I have been doing a hybrid workout with P90X, Tony Horton 1-on-1, Insanity, and Asylum workouts all mixed in.  If you want more details on this workout schedule, check it out here.

I really enjoyed this workout schedule and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to create their own hybrid.  I love the P90X lift days, but I think the cardio is better in Insanity, and Asylum has some great workouts for overall quickness and athletic ability.  During this round I did want to add a little size, which I think I accomplished when looking at the pictures.  This was tough as we have been greatly cutting back our meat intake as we move closer and closer to a vegetarian diet.  I ended this round right at 190 lbs. with about 9% body fat.  It was definitely a challenge, but it was a lot of fun!  So here are some updated pictures.  If you’re considering doing a hybrid plan and have questions definitely let me know!
