Christmas Check-In

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate!

I hope you have had time to celebrate and be with your family this past weekend.  I also like to take this time of year to reflect on how the past year has gone.  Did I meet the goals I set for myself?  What did I accomplish?  What didn’t I accomplish that I want to keep working on in the coming year?

It’s also a great time to start thinking about your goals for 2013.  Obviously here I focus on health and fitness.  Inevitably this will be a time when many people say they want to get off the couch and get in shape.  Some people for the first time, or some people who want to get back in gear after letting things slip for a while.  How about you?  Is this going to be your year?

In the coming week I’ll be posting about new year’s resolutions – why many fail and how to make yours succeed.  I don’t think new year’s resolutions are bad, but many people just don’t set themselves up for success.

Also wanted to let you all know that the new Chocolate Shakeology flavor has been released.  I’ll post more on that too, but for those of you who didn’t exactly like the flavor change, they listened to you and now the flavor is customer approved and supposedly better than the original.  When I get mine in I’ll let you all know what I think.  This is also the last week to take advantage of the December Promotion.

I hope you all have a great New Year’s as well and stay safe!  Get ready to bring it in the new year!

And 2 favors that I ask:

1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and video, PLEASE help me out by sharing them.  Click the share links below them and share them on FB, Stumbleupon, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow Team New Body!
2) Also, as always, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, or by logging in to to do your shopping (If you buy from the plain beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
