Body Beast Day 1 Review

body beast day 1 reviewYesterday kicked off the start of Body Beast for me and I  just shot a quick video to give you some of my initial thoughts after completing my first workout.  This is definitely different than programs like P90X or Insanity and has more traditional weight lifting exercises.  What I really liked was that it was pretty fast-paced and Sagi doesn’t waste much time.  The warm-up and cool-down are just long enough to do the job, but you spend most of your time in the actual workout.

I’ll post more reviews as I go and am very excited to see how the next 90 days goes.  I’m looking to put on about 15 lbs, so we’ll see how that goes.  I’m eating a lot, as you can see in my Body Beast Nutrition Plan, because I know I have to fuel myself correctly if I want to reap the benefit of the workouts.  There will be more to come as I get further along in the program, but here is my Body Beast Day 1 Review.
