90 Day Challenge

90 day challengeIt seems like everyone is motivated to get healthy in January.  The New Year’s resolutions are still fresh in their mind and they’re working to get in shape.  But soon the excitement wears off and life gets busy.  If you’re a regular at a gym you know exactly what I’m talking about, and you might even appreciate the fact that the gym gets less crowded.  But I wanted to provide a way to help keep you motivated right about the time where many people stop.  That’s why I’m starting this 90 Day Challenge.

90 Day Challenge – The Details

I want to make this 90 Day Challenge as accessible as possible for people so that we can get a large group working together.  It might not be for everyone, but I want to make it an easy decision to join, because if you stick with this 90 Day Challenge you’re going to be happy you did.  So the requirements to join the 90 Day Challenge are:

-Be on my team.  This is super easy.  If you’re not on my team, go here to make me your free Beachbody Coach.

-Be doing any Beachbody workout program.  I’m not limiting this to just P90X or just TurboFire, etc.  Any program will do.  If you aren’t doing one or want to try something new, Challenge Packs are a great way to get started.

-Track your nutrition daily.  Myfitnesspal make it incredibly easy to do this.

-Check in with our private Facebook group.  I will create this and send out invites closer to the start date.

-Drink Shakeology daily.  This is not a firm requirement, but I strongly encourage it.  It helped jump start my weight loss and I still drink it every day because I know it has all the vitamins, minerals, probiotics, etc. that my body needs to perform well.

Those are my 5 requirements to join the 90 Day Challenge.  They are not that difficult, but if you stick with these and commit to the challenge, you are going to see some amazing results.  Also, I’m sure you’re wondering when the 90 Day Challenge starts.  It starts on Monday, February 17th.

90 Day Challenge Prize

No challenge would be complete without a prize!  To encourage a little competition I’m going to award the winner of our 90 Day Challenge a $30 Team Beachbody gift certificate.  Hopefully that will provide a little incentive to stick with it.  You will get 1 point for every lb lost and 1 point for every inch lost.  The person with the most points will be the winner of our 90 Day Challenge.
