30 Day Body Beast Results

So far, I have to say Body Beast is one of my favorite workouts and wanted to give an update of my 30 day body beast results.  It’s a change-up from P90X or Insanity style workouts, and I always like to keep things fresh.  Plus, it takes me back to my lifting days in the gym.  After 30 days, I’m up to right around 201 lbs, meaning I’ve gained 4.5 lbs, which I feel good about for one month in my opinion.  My body fat has increased about 1% which I expected following the bulking diet from the Body Beast Nutrition Guide.  You can read my review of the Body Beast Build Phase.  For this post I wanted to focus mostly on the 30 day results.  So here are some update pictures from my first 30 days.
